bioLLM/wiki is run by one person, so there is one inbox rather than a support desk. Email is the only channel — there is no contact form, because the site is static and collects nothing.

Expect a reply within a few days. Messages worth sending:

• Factual corrections. The most valuable thing you can send. Please include the page URL and, where you can, the source that contradicts what it says — a PMID or DOI is ideal. See the editorial policy for how corrections are handled.
• Copyright and takedown. If you hold rights in material you believe is reproduced improperly, write with the URL and the specific material and it will be addressed promptly.
• Privacy questions. Anything about the privacy policy or data handling.
• Bugs and data problems. Broken pages, wrong counts, entities that have been merged or split incorrectly.
